Design – Project Management
For the construction of the Dalmatia Tower Project Centrum delivered the entire design for permit and project management during construction. Project started in 2014 with concept studies. We coordinated and implemented all brand standards of the operator in the design. In this phase Project Centrum was responsible for MEP.
During construction Projekt Centrum delivered the Project Management for mechanical services including technical exam and hand over procedure. The building is in operation since 07/2023.
Dalmatia Tower is the highest building in Croatia and therefore we had many technical challenges to fulfill all standards and safety criteria.
