VAMA Varaždin (HR)
Design
The existing shopping center "VAMA" will be completely renovated and extended. Through the distinguished location and the subterranean access to the future basement garage, this center will be one of the top addresses in the city. In order to offer pleasant and unconcerned shopping experience exclusive equipment and newest building technologies are predicted.
The investor, who trusted on our team already in the past, puts highest quality control requirements to the planning and the following execution works. To achieve a as short as possible closing period of the center, which is presently still in operation, needs optimal and coordinated planning processes. This is guaranteed by close cooperation of the project team and nothing more restricts an on-time finishing.
Project Centrum delivered as general designer the permit design for M&E services, architecture, statics, physics, safety, fire protection and lifts.
