Ministry of Finance, Skopje (MK)

Project Management

For the construction of the Ministry of Finance in Skopje Project Centrum delivered the entire project management. The already many years unused and unoccupied building was dismantled down to the concrete structure and transformed into one of the most modern buildings in the Balkans. Due to its location in the town center the lack of manipulation surfaces were one of the biggest challenges. The technology in the building can be described with the following highlights:

Lighting complete in LED technology
Daylight-dependent lighting control
Occupancy sensors in every room for light and air-conditioning
Individual room control in the entire building
VRV heating and cooling system, energy optimized
Solar thermal system for domestic hot water
Access control, video, alarm systems,…
Security check points with metal detectors
All systems IP based and fully visualized on the BMS
Ventilated Baroque facade
Overall project can be classified as "Green Building"
