Design and project management

TheformermillinBelgradehas been converted intoa4-star hotel. Acomplex task, as the oldmaterialshad to be reusedandthe buildingis a listed as heritage protected.

In addition to theconversion of the mill,a10storey hoteltower andan officebuilding was constructed. With a total of236rooms, the hotelis one of theabsolute hot spotinBelgrade. Especiallyondesignhighattention was paid. Changesduring constructionandinthepermit designled to adelayinthe construction,which was also due to financial issues aturbulent time.We wish theownerall the best and successwith the fantasticbuilding.
