Project Management
The hotel Miramare in Crikvenica coming from K&K time becomes completely renovated. Highest attention was given to the style full stucco works in order to preserve the unique atmosphere. The hotel which is not even a stones throw away from the beach is extended with an annex to be able to offer services like wellness, fitness and seminar centre.
For the ambitious project Projekt Centrum d.o.o. were entrusted with the project management. Among other things, in our responsibility was the coordination of all subcontractors to guarantee qualitative execution and on-time finishing.

- Ventilation
- Water and sewage system
- Hydrant network
- Sprinkler
- Electrical installation
- Emergency power supply
- Fire detection system
- Telephone system und IT-cabling
- Public addressing system
