Hotel Liburna, Korčula (HR)

Design and project management

The traditional Hotel Liburna on island Korčula has to be reconstructed completely. About 112 rooms has to be refurbished within 4 months, as demanded by the investor. Design was only rudimentary available. Actually no good prospects for a successful completion. In spite of the short construction period and the fact that the hotel is located on an island in the Mediterranean Sea, all services were completed on time. A further proof, that Projekt Centrum can fulfill almost impossible missions by good project management.
