Design and projekt management

After the change of the general contractor Projekt Centrum was responsible for value engineering in order to meet the tenant requirements and the budget. After inspecting reference projects dsigned by Projekt Centrum, the investor did not hesitate longer and approved the concept change. The project was completed on time and will certainly be one of the leading shopping centers in the Slavonian region.
