Design and Project Management
The existing shopping centre City Center One was extended to secure the leading position in Zagreb. Already during design, newest technologies and energy efficiency has been applied.
Project Centrum delivered the design for the entire M&E services, based on the concepts of the offices Greif and Hross&Partner. During the whole project the center remained in operation what represented a great challenge to the entire project team. Narrow cooperation of contractors, detailed time scheduling and continuous coordination between every project participant secured an on-time opening.
Project Centrum was entrusted with design and project management for the entire M&E services and consequently represented the key position in the project.
Following systems were in our responsibility:
- Heating and cooling
- Ventilation
- Water and sewage system
- Hydrant network
- Sprinkler
- Electrical installation
- Emergency power supply
- Fire detection system
- Telephone system und IT-cabling
- Public addressing system

- Surface area: 60,000 m2
- Cables laid: 290 km
- Fire detectors: 900 pcs.
- Sprinklers: 4.800 pcs.
- Electrical connection: 2,3 MW
- Ventilation capacity: 250.000 m3/h
