Design and Project Management

The Kaufmann Group erected its second shopping centre in Zagreb. Already in the design phase great attention was directed to the latest technologies and energy efficiency.

Projekt Centrum drafted the main design for M&E services which was based on the concepts of the office Greif and Hross&Partner. To ensure economical operating of the centre, various concepts to optimise energy consumption have been developed specially in the area of air-conditioning.

Close cooperation with contractors, detailed time schedules and continual coordination of all associates ensured on time opening.

Projekt Centrum was responsible for design and project management of M&E services and therefore played the key role in the project.
