City Center One, Split (HR)

Design and Project Management

The Kaufmann Group expanded to Dalmatia and erected a 180.000 m2 large shopping centre in Split. Already in the design phase great attention was paied on latest technologies and energy efficiency.

Projekt Centrum drafted the main design for M&E services which was based on the concepts of the office Greif and Hross&Partner. To ensure economical operating of the centre, various concepts to optimise energy consumption have been developed specially in the area of technology for air-conditioning.

Close cooperation with contractors, detailed time schedules and continual coordination of all associates ensured on time completion of construction.

Projekt Centrum was responsible for design and project management of M&E services and therefore played the key role in the project.
