Design and Project Management

To secure the leading position in shopping malls on the Croatian market new restaurant areas were incorporated into the existing locations of Zagreb and Split. The Kaufmann Group insisted already during design on the latest technologies and latest design trends.
Project Centrum delivered the design for MEP. The reconstruction was carried out under full operation of the center. Close cooperation of contractors, detailed scheduling and continuous coordination of all project participants ensured a timely completion.

Project Centrum was entrusted in addition to design with the project management for the entire TGA scope and thus forms a key role in the project. In our area of responsibility were following systems:

• Heating - Cooling
• Ventilation
• drinking water and wastewater
• Hydrants inside and outside
• Sprinkler
• Power supply
• Fire alarm system
• telephone and structured cabling
• sound system
