On Thursday, 5.April, 2018. the ninth sales center Lesnina XXXL opened in Pula.
Lesnina Croatia’s newest and most modern facility is located in Pula at Šijanska cesta b.b. The land area of the center, whose construction lasted half a year, covers 20,000 m2 and the value of the investment was 20 million €.
The Lesnina XXXL sales center is of great importance for the entire Istrian region. The opening of Lesnina means a lot to tourism in this region because now renters can offer apartments equipped with an innovative and affordable range.
Lesnina XXXL Pula has prepared a special surprise for all visitors – the first Lesnina restaurant in Croatia whose offer is based on well-known XXXLutz restaurants in Austria.
Projekt Centrum was responsible for all electrical installations, plumbing and drainage, heating, cooling as well as a sprinkler.
