Aside from shopping centres, retail stores and hypermarkets can certainly be complicated projects. Due to their short phases of construction, they set high standards in relation to design and project management.
The Projekt Centrum drafted the detailed design and took over project management for stores in Zagreb and Split. In a total area of 6,500 m2, two high quality stores were constructed which were equipped with the latest technical systems and energy renewal systems.
