A new food court has to be implemented in the existing shopping mall to ensure also in future the leading position of City Center One in Split in the retail market. The Kaufmann Group insists already in the design on latest technologies and high-quality.
Project Centrum will deliver the design for the entire building services. The reconstruction has to be carried out under full operation of the center. Close cooperation of contractors, detailed scheduling and continuous coordination of all project participants is essential to ensure a timely completion.
