The Kaufmann Group is expanding into Dalmatia and in Split they are building a large shopping centre on 180,000 m2. Already in the design phase great attention was directed to the latest technologies and energy efficiency.
The company Projekt Centrum drafted the main design for all installations which was based on the concepts of the office Greif and Hross&Partner. To ensure the most economical operating of the centre, various concepts to optimise energy consumption have been specially developed in the area of air-conditioning technology.
Close cooperation with contractors, detailed time schedules and continual coordination of all associates will ensure timely completion of construction.
Projekt Centrum has undertaken project management for all technical equipping of the building work, thus playing a key role in the project. The following systems are under our competency:
