Cineplexx Prizren

Cineplexx in Prizren, Kosovo was opened on 14.11.2019. Cineplexx has 5 cinema halls with a total of 800 seats and the Cineplexx is located in the TC Galeria Shopping Mall.

Cineplexx Satu Mare

Thursday, 12 September 2019, Cineplexx Satu Mare opened its doors. From now on, both the villagers and the residents of the nearby counties can enjoy an exceptional cinematic adventure and the latest technology.

Lesnina Novi Sad

On the address of Business Area along the E75 road in Novi Sad, Lesnina XXXL center was opened. The surface of this center, whose construction lasted about 9 months, covers the area of more than 20,000 m2 and value of the investment was rounded to 20 million euros. Lesnina’s XXXL sales center is of a great importance for both Novi Sad and for the entire Republic of Serbia.

Kamp Borik

On day 1st of July year 2019, luxury camp Borik was open with 369 placement units of which 269 for trailer vehicles, 87 mobile houses and 13 glamping units. In addition to camping, the camp offers wellness spa center with saunas, treatment rooms, a la carte restaurant with sea view, pine forests, sand-gravel beach etc. Luxury five-star camp Falkensteiner Premium Camping Zadar will be open throughout the whole year.

Starbucks enters Serbia!

Investor AmRest Coffee SRB d.o.o opened the first Starbucks shop in Belgrade in the shopping center of Rajićeva.

Cineplexx Tirana

Works at Cineplexx at the QTU shopping center in Tirana, Albania, were completed in record time and from 19.12.2018. is open to visitors.

IMAX Thessaloniki

Works at Cineplexx in Thessaloniki, Greece, were completed on 13.12.2018. the cinema is open for visitors.

Cineplexx Novi Sad

After several months of work and an investment of over 4 million euros, 15.11.2018. the Cineplexx Big is open in the shopping center "Promenade" in Novi Sad.

HOTEL Funimation, Zadar

Works on the reconstruction of electrical and mechanical installations have been completed with 146 rooms, reception, bar, lobby and restaurant at Hotel Funimation in Zadar.

LESNINA Pula

On Thursday, 5.April, 2018. the ninth sales center Lesnina XXXL opened in Pula. Projekt Centrum was responsible for electrical and mechanical Services as well for Sprinkler system.

West Gate - Highest skyscraper in the region

After successful finalisation of the most modern Hotel in the Balkans, Hotel Radisson Blue in Belgrade, we contracted MEP design for the project West Gate in Split. In the highest skyscraper in the region a high class Hotel and office space will be hosted. Project Centrum contracted the permit design as well as the execution design.

Cineplexx - NEW INVESTMENT

After completion of 11 different locations in three countries, we can claim that we have respectable experience in cinema construction. Proudly we announce that we continue our cooperation with the Austrian Cineplexx Group on 3 different locations in Serbia and Kosovo. The challenge in this 3 projects for us is based on short construction time, simultaneously execution and that we finish on time and on a quality level which is expected from us.

Grand Opening Old Mill Belgrade

On 25.03.2015 a spectacular event at the Hotel Radisson was conducted, the Grand Opening. After opening its doors for guests on 12.10.2014 the well media covered Grand Opening Ceremony took place. Countless visitors inspected the hotel and congratulated the investor to the great project.

City Center One - A food court setting new benchmarks

A new food court has to be implemented in the existing shopping mall to ensure also in future the leading position of City Center One in the retail market. Project Centrum will deliver the design of all services. The project will be implemented in all 3 locations.

Cineplexx Albania

The cooperation with Cineplexx in Croatia, Serbia, Macedonia and Slovenia is expanded also to Albania in the shopping center TEG in Tirana.

CINEPLEXX – expertise in cinema construction

After completion of work at four different locations in three countries, we can proudly claim that we are also specialised for cinema construction. A total of 33 cinema theatres with the latest 3D and digital technology were constructed. Our area of work encompassed project management for the technical equipping of the building and drafting the detailed design.

Peek & Cloppenburg - perfection in store construction

Many years of cooperation with one of the most well known European fashion houses continues successfully. After the Review and McNeil projects in Zagreb’s Jankomir, and P&C in the shopping centre West Gate, the company Projekt Centrum has undertaken the drafting of the design and project management for the locations Zagreb and Split.

Hypermarkets – another segment of our portfolio

Aside from shopping centres, retail stores and hypermarkets can certainly be complicated projects. Due to their short phases of construction, they set high standards in terms of design and project management. At two locations, the Projekt Centrum worked with Interspar, a chain of retail stores, one of the leading European food stores.

Burberry – arrived in Zagreb!

After numerous stores of various brands for which the Sportina group hired Projekt Centrum, this time we were given the work of drafting the detailed design and project management for the first class brand Burberry. The exclusive store in the heart of Zagreb most definitely falls among the top addresses on the Croatian shopping scene.

City Center One Split - a large shopping centre on 180,000 m2 in Dalmatia

A professional executed job is the best reference. After the completion of City Center One in Zagreb, the Projekt Centrum undertook complete project management and drafting of the detailed design for technical equipping of the entire City Center One in Split.

Development of Photovoltaics progressing well

In autumn 2009 the development of several locations for Photovoltaic Power Plants along the Croatian coast and the Islands began. The construction of the first location, situated in Split begins in July. The whole current capacity will be 6MW, so we will contribute to the Croatian national goal to reach 5,8 % Energy produced from renewable sources.
